4. Legal Basis for Processing

  • Consent: By submitting a booking or contact form, you consent to us processing your data for service delivery purposes.
  • Contractual necessity: Processing is necessary to fulfil the repair service you have requested.
  • Legal obligation: We may process data where required to comply with applicable Malaysian laws.

5. How and Where We Store Your Data

Your personal data submitted through our booking and contact forms is transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets via a Google Apps Script web application. Google's servers may be located outside Malaysia. By submitting your data, you consent to this transfer.

Website analytics data is processed by Google Analytics (GA4). This data is anonymised and aggregated and does not identify you personally.

6. Data Retention

  • Booking and service records are retained for a minimum of 2 years for warranty and dispute purposes.
  • Contact form enquiries that did not result in a service engagement are retained for 6 months and then deleted.
  • Analytics data is subject to Google's own retention policies (default 14 months in GA4).

7. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be shared only with:

  • Google LLCour data storage and analytics processor (Google Sheets, Google Analytics)
  • Elfsightfor displaying publicly available Google Reviews on our website

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies through Google Analytics (GA4), solely to understand website traffic and improve user experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies.
