Fix It Sukil Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at www.fixitsukil.com and provides laptop and desktop repair services as well as an online shop for PC parts, accessories and software across Klang Valley, Malaysia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a repair service or placing an order through our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Repair Services

• Repair quotes are provided after a diagnostic assessment. No repair work begins without your approval.
• Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on parts availability and workload.
• We offer free pickup and delivery within a 30 km radius of our locations across Greater Klang Valley.
• Full payment is due upon completion and before collection of your device.
• Warranty terms for repair services are detailed on our Warranty & Policies page.

4. Online Shop — Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment via FPX, credit/debit card, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and bank transfer (Hong Leong Bank).
• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
• Digital products (software licence keys) are delivered by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Physical products are shipped via J&T Express within 1–4 business days. Free shipping on orders above RM 100.

5. Returns & Refunds

Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if defective. Digital products (software keys) are non-refundable once delivered. Full return and refund terms are on our Warranty & Policies page.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and graphics — is the property of Fix It Sukil Solution and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Fix It Sukil Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
