🔧 Warranty & Policies
1. One-Month Repair Warranty
All hinge repairs, charging port repairs, and motherboard repairs come with a 30-day warranty from the date of service, subject to the following:
- Warranty covers mechanical or manufacturing defects only.
- Does not cover physical damage caused after repair (e.g., new drops or spills).
- Any unauthorized opening of the chassis or tampering voids the warranty.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- We accept bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, etc.) or cash on delivery.
- Full payment is due only after service completion, unless otherwise arranged.
- If you cancel before pickup, no charges will apply.
If cancellation occurs after we’ve picked up the device, a RM 30 inspection fee applies.
3. Data Privacy & Liability
- We handle your data with utmost care—no software or personal files are accessed without permission.
- While we take all precautions, we are not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend you back up important files before service.
- In the unlikely event of further hardware damage during service, our liability is limited to the original repair fee.
4. Pickup & Delivery Terms
- We offer free pickup/delivery across Greater Klang Valley (within a 30 km radius).
- We aim to pick up your device within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- Delivery is typically made within 2 business days of repair completion.
