🔧 Warranty & Policies
1. Repair Warranty
All repair services come with a standard warranty from the date of service completion, as follows:

- Warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts installed by Fix It Sukil only.
- Does not cover physical damage caused after repair (e.g., new drops or spills).
- Any unauthorized opening of the chassis or tampering voids the warranty.
- Motherboard Repair warranty is strictly limited to the specific fault reported and repaired. Any new or unrelated motherboard issues discovered after service are not covered and will be treated as a new repair request.
- Onsite repairs are limited to basic battery replacement only. Repairs requiring motherboard removal or advanced component work are not performed onsite and will be referred to our workshop. Standard warranty terms apply to onsite battery replacements.
- No warranty of any kind applies when parts are sourced by the customer. If you supply your own components for installation, Fix It Sukil accepts no liability for part quality, compatibility, or failure. Labour charges still apply.
1a. Extended Warranty Add-On
Extend your repair warranty beyond the standard period. Add-on must be purchased before or at the time of device collection. Flat rate applies to all services.

- Extended warranty covers the same scope as the standard warranty -- workmanship and installed parts only.
- Extended warranty add-on is available for all repair services.
- For Motherboard Repair: extended warranty coverage remains strictly limited to the original reported fault. New or unrelated motherboard issues are not covered even under extended warranty.
- Extended warranty add-on is non-refundable once purchased.
- Extended warranty does not apply to repairs where parts were sourced by the customer.
1b. Parts & Manufacturer Warranty
Replacement parts sourced and installed by Fix It Sukil carry a manufacturer warranty where applicable:
- Manufacturer warranty ranges from 1 month to 10 years depending on the part and brand.
- Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and are separate from Fix It Sukil's service warranty.
- Proof of purchase and part details will be provided upon request.
- Manufacturer warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or liquid damage after installation.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
- We accept bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, etc.) or cash on collection.
- Full payment is due only after service completion, unless otherwise arranged.
- If you cancel before pickup, no charges will apply.
If cancellation occurs after we've picked up the device, a RM 30 inspection fee applies.
No-Refund Policy
- Service charges (labour) are non-refundable once the repair has been completed and the device returned to the customer.
- Extended warranty add-on fees are non-refundable once purchased.
- Pickup and delivery fees are non-refundable once the trip has been made. Standard pickup and delivery for repairs is offered as a goodwill gesture at no charge, however a fee applies when the service is used for warranty claim visits.
Refund Exception
A refund of the original service charge will be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The same fault recurs within the active warranty period.
- The customer has submitted a warranty claim and Fix It Sukil has made all reasonable attempts to rectify the fault.
- All available warranty claim options have been exhausted and the fault remains unresolved.
In such cases, a refund of the service charge only will be issued. Parts costs, pickup/delivery fees, and extended warranty add-on fees remain non-refundable.
3. Data Privacy & Liability
- We handle your data with utmost care—no software or personal files are accessed without permission.
- While we take all precautions, we are not liable for data loss. We strongly recommend you back up important files before service.
- In the unlikely event of further hardware damage during service, our liability is limited to the original repair fee.
4. Pickup & Delivery Terms
- We offer free pickup/delivery across Greater Klang Valley (within a 30 km radius).
- We aim to pick up your device within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- Delivery is typically made within 2 business days of repair completion.
