We aim to complete most hinge repairs within 1 business day, provided the hinge is repairable. If the chassis is badly damaged and needs inspection, we’ll contact you within 24 hours with an update.
All repair services include a standard warranty from the date of service completion:
Hinge Repair, Charging Port Repair, Motherboard Repair — 1-month warranty covering defects in workmanship and installed parts.
Screen Replacement (Standard) — 3-month warranty.
Screen Replacement (Touch Screen) — 1-month warranty.
Battery Replacement — 3-month warranty.
Keyboard Replacement — 3-month warranty.
Motherboard Repair note: Warranty covers only the specific fault reported and repaired. Any new or unrelated motherboard issues after service are treated as a new repair.
Manufacturer warranty on parts ranges from 1 month to 10 years depending on the brand and component, separate from our service warranty.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized third-party modifications. No warranty applies if parts were sourced by the customer.

Yes—we offer free pickup and delivery within a 30km radius across Greater Klang Valley for all laptops and desktops. Once you complete the booking form, we'll confirm a pickup time that works for you.
Many simple repairs (hinge, charging port, cleaning) can be done in 1 working day or even
same day, depending on how busy we are.
For motherboard repairs, the turnaround is typically 3–5 working days,
since we may need to order or test specific components.
We accept bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, etc.), QRPay, card payments, Shopee PayLater, and Boost PayFlex.
Grab PayLater and other methods are not available at the moment but will be added soon.
Full payment is due only once the laptop/desktop is returned after repair.
We take every precaution to avoid data loss, but backing up important files is always recommended.
If you need assistance with a backup before service, please let us know—there is an additional fee
of RM 50.
Screen replacements are usually completed same day or next working day, once we have your exact panel.
If the correct panel needs to be ordered, we’ll provide an ETA and keep you updated via WhatsApp.
Yes—we provide onsite repair services for customers who supply detailed information
about the issue and location. There is an additional RM 30 onsite visit fee.
Please describe your device model, problem, and address in the booking form so we can schedule accordingly.
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds once a repair has been completed and your device returned. This applies to service charges (labour), extended warranty add-on fees, and pickup/delivery fees where charged.
The one exception: If the same fault recurs within your active warranty period and we have made all reasonable attempts to fix it without success, a refund of the original service charge will be issued.
Pickup and delivery is normally provided free of charge as a goodwill gesture. However, a delivery fee applies for warranty claim visits.
